What’s on tap: Check out our dangerously good draft selection available at the cidery now. All our ciders and seltzers are gluten-free, fresh-pressed, all-natural, and nothing artificial. You’re welcome. Be sure to try some of our tasting room exclusives that aren’t available anywhere else.
Cocktails: Didn't know cider could make a great cocktail? Get ready. We specialize in handcrafting cider cocktails using only house-made syrups, hand-squeezed juices, infusions, fresh ingredients, and local spirits.
Food: We are proud to feature delicious food by Cabin Attic Bistro.
The cidery: We are a first-come, first-served establishment that offers all bar service and communal seating, so reservations are not required. Come in and order a drink and some food at the bar, then find a spot in our tasting room or out on our patio.
Please note that we do not allow outside food or alcohol under any circumstances (in accordance with local health codes and liquor laws).

Want to book your own badass event or inquire about a large group reservation at the cidery? Check out these options:
For groups smaller than 20: We do not take reservations for groups smaller than 20 (as they’re not typically necessary for groups of this size), so make sure you show up early to claim your table.
Group reservations (20-50 guests): Email reservations@diskincider.com.

Pay ahead of time and stop by for pickup – come on in for your order during tasting room hours or Monday through Friday 11 am - 4 pm.
